For a fun and safe visit to the Tournament of Destruction, all guests must abide by our Rules of Conduct.

  • Cash only accepted at admission gate.
  • First Aid - Immediate first Aid assistance is available by notifying any of our event staff.
  •  ATM- Available onsite
  • Accessibility - The Tucson Rodeo Grounds is ADA accessible. Wheelchair accessible seating is located at the North end of the arena. If you are in need of any extra assistance or arrangements please contact us at least two weeks prior to our event dates.
  • Parking- Entrance gate is located at the West side of the arena off of South Sixth Ave. Parking cost: $5 per car. Please do not leave valuables in car. 
  • Lost and Found - If something is lost during our event please notify our staff immediately or email us [email protected] net
  • Environment - Please recycle your recyclables in the receptacles located around the grounds. The Tournament of Destruction abides by the specifications set forth by the EPA. 

YOU ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH


You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive and related claims that may arise. If you elect to not consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation.


PROHIBITED ITEMS


includes without limitation:


  • Outside food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages. However guests who have any medical need for specialty food, or medicines are permitted to bring enough food and beverage only to accommodate themselves. This allotment will be screened by security personnel monitoring the entrance gate.
  • All guests are limited to bring only one bottle of unopened water per person.
  • Thermoses or ice chests
  • Glass bottles, cans, coolers of any kind.
  • Weapons or any objects deemed to be dangerous by management.
  • Camera tripods, monopods, or single purpose video cameras.
  • Professional cameras (unless given prior authorization)

ALCOHOL


The Tournament of Destruction and venue security promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.


  • Any guest who intends to purchase and/or consume alcohol must first present a valid government issued ID to verify age.
  • No alcohol will be sold to guests who do not have a government issued ID.
  • No alcohol will be sold to guests who appear to be intoxicated.
  • There is a two (2) drink limit, per transaction, at concession stands.
  • Management reserves the right to cut off alcohol sales at its discretion.
  • Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.
  • Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, may be ejected.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.
  • Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the grounds. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the grounds may result in the guests being ejected, arrested and/or tickets being revoked.
  • All guests must finish and dispose of alcoholic beverages before exiting property.
  • Alcohol consumption is not permitted in the parking lot.


ANIMALS

All animals are prohibited from Tucson Rodeo grounds with the exception of  service animals.

TICKETS &SEATING


Anyone occupying a seat at the Tournament of Destruction must have a ticket. 

Children, under the age of two (2), may enter at no cost. All other children must have a ticket.

Seat cushions are permitted but must not exceed 18 inches wide and contain no pockets, zippers or concealable areas.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


Objects may fly into the spectator area during an event. Despite shielding, injury can occur. Stay alert at all times before, during, and after the event. If struck, immediately ask any employee, or official for assistance. You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and you wave any claims for personal injury or death against us, management, facilities, drivers, other participants, and all of our respective parents, affiliates entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. You bear all risks of inclement weather. Event date and time are subject to change. See the Limitation of Liability Section in the Terms of Use for additional limits on our liability.

PHOTOGRAPHY


The Tournament of Destruction will allow photography and digital image capture of the event for private and personal use, as long as this activity does not interfere with the ability of other spectators to view the event. Camera tripods, monopods, or single purpose video cameras are not permitted .

Any commercial use or distribution without the express written consent of The Tournament of Destruction or M80 Promotions is strictly prohibited. You may use photographs or digital images obtained from the Tournament of Destruction solely for private or personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use, including for any commercial, issue advocacy or fundraising purposes, is strictly prohibited without our express prior written consent. Systematic retrieval of images from the event, whether to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection or compilation is prohibited absent our express prior written consent.


VIDEO RECORDING TRANSMISSION AND EXHIBITION


You agree that the event for which you purchased tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to M80Promotions to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of or at the event (regardless of whether before, during or after performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.



We reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with the rules. breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.
